Fishing report for 3/14/15

Inshore fishing

Redfish are still in big schools on the flats, and on the edges of the waterways. Cut finger mullet seems to work best on colder days while artificial baits work well during the warmer parts of the day. The trout bite is still slow, but should get better towards the end of the month.

Offshore fishing

Due to high winds a lot of trips have been canceled. Although when the seas allow us to get out the fishing has been productive. Lots of sheepshead being caught at the nearshore wrecks. Further offshore shore bottom fishing continues to be solid, and some nice wahoo are being caught.
